What have I been up to during the Covid-19 Pandemic?

Updated: Mar 7, 2022

Hi everyone, I have been very quiet and inactive on social media recently due being busy supporting and counselling NHS staff and NHS GP referrals during the Pandemic. This has been an invaluable experience for me and given me the opportunity to work with a variety of clients with their mental health issues. More recently I have been working in Care Homes to support the staff and residents with the adverse effects of Covid-19. It has been an honour to support clients throughout this difficult and challenging time, which I will hold close to my heart.

My experiences over the last 2 years have helped me to realise my own self-worth and how I can help make a difference for others, to feel more empowered and work towards emotional resilience. I am passionate about helping clients to reconnect with the self and find their grounding, despite the chaos.

In my strive to support others I have pushed myself to feel more comfortable with the uncomfortable. As human beings we have had to adapt through these adverse conditions and I want to continue to support clients with their individual recovery process, whether they have suffered trauma, bereavement, physical ill health or feeling anxious or depressed.

I am now more available for my Private Practice and feel ready for my next chapter in supporting you with yours.
